Wildtree recently turned an ordinary Sunday into the brunch bash of the season, drawing more than 100 guests who came for the model homes but stayed for the vibes. For families, Realtors, and community members, it was a Sunday, Funday to remember.

Headfirst Into the Wildtree Lifestyle

Attendees dove headfirst into the Wildtree lifestyle, hopping on golf carts to tour our community with pit stops to view model homes along the way. Music spilled into every corner, setting a scene somewhere in between a block party and your favorite playlist. The Texas heat was no problem with air-conditioned model homes and shady spots outside just right for gathering and munching on shaved ice.

Activities and Experiences Stole the Show

There was plenty to see and do throughout the day. The charm bar stole the show, turning bracelet-making into a full-blown art form with enough options to make even the pickiest jewelry enthusiast smile. Over at the succulent station, guests channeled their inner plant whisperer, creating social media worthy arrangements with a selection of succulent, plants, and accessories.

Kids were thrilled when the fire department paid a visit. They got to unleash their superhero fantasies by spraying a fire hose like pros. Meanwhile, Sunday Funday tote bags became the must-have accessory of the day, perfect for hauling home all the goodies.

A Legendary Food Scene

The food scene was nothing short of legendary. Pulled pork tacos and vegetarian options were enjoyed by all. The chicken and waffle bar was brunch nirvana. Treats with Grace brought mini pancakes and a choice of toppings. They also hosted a choose-your-own fruit bar that made eating healthy feel indulgent.

For those with a sweet tooth, a cotton candy bar spun sugary clouds in flavors such as pineapple and blue raspberry while a candy bar turned everyone into kids. Adults? They had a choice between Bloody Marys and specialty mimosas.

All That and Model Homes Too

Our builders hosted food and activities at their Instagram-worthy model homes. Guests strolled through these beauties by Shea Homes, Perry Homes, Newmark Homes, Coventry Homes, and Toll Brothers like they were on a self-guided episode of a design show, soaking up all the inspiration.
