We’re Drafting You for Football Fun Feb. 7

The public is invited to touch down in Wildtree for a grand opening kick-off 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7.

Visitors can score big at this super event that will have a football fun zone, model home tours, and prizes worth hundreds of dollars — including the grand prize of a Big Green Egg.

Builders have opened eight model homes in Wildtree, showcasing stunning home designs in a range of sizes and price points:

Perry Homes

This longtime Texas builder has homes priced from the $330,000s that are designed for 40-foot homesites. Buyers can select from floor plans ranging from 1,500 to 2,500 square feet.

Coventry Homes

Coventry Homes has nine floor plans available in Wildtree, all designed for 50-foot homesites. Priced from the $350,000s, these home designs offer 1,948 to 2,972 square feet.

Toll Brothers

Prospective buyers wanting more space can tour the Toll Brothers model in Wildtree. Here, the builder is offering floor plans designed for 60-foot properties. They range from 3,078 to 3,634 square feet and are priced from the mid $500,000s.

Newmark Homes

Building on 70-foot homesites — the largest offered in Wildtree — is Newmark Homes. The builder’s 10 floor plans are priced from the $650,000s and offer 3,160 to 4,547 square feet. Several of the designs feature options for multi-generational living.

Shea Homes

Shea Homes, which is also developing Wildtree, offers floor plans for each lot size in the community. This expansive collection features homes that range from 1,519 to 4,610 square feet. Base pricing ranges from the $320,000s to the $690,000s.
